Tuesday Gentle Yoga + Acupuncture Series at Live Yoga

.

This May, Semiahmoo Wellness Centre is honoured to partner with Live Yoga for a special four-week Tuesday Gentle Yoga + Acupuncture Series focused on education, nervous system support, physical wellbeing, and whole-body balance.

Each Tuesday evening class will include a gentle yoga practice, an educational talk led by one of our Semiahmoo Wellness practitioners, and a short acupuncture treatment to help support relaxation, restoration, and connection to the body.

This series is designed to offer the Live Yoga community an accessible way to learn more about holistic health while experiencing the calming benefits of gentle movement and acupuncture.

You can attend using your existing Live Yoga pass or membership.

A Collaboration Rooted in Whole-Person Wellness

.

At Semiahmoo Wellness Centre, our approach to care is rooted in understanding the whole person.

We believe symptoms are often connected to deeper patterns within the body, mind, nervous system, hormones, digestion, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing. Our goal is to help clients feel listened to, supported, and guided with care as they work toward better health.

This collaboration with Live Yoga brings together mindful movement, education, acupuncture, and compassionate care in a calm and supportive setting.

.

Why Yoga and Acupuncture?

.

Gentle yoga and acupuncture both invite the body to slow down, breathe more deeply, and shift toward a more regulated state.

Yoga helps support mobility, body awareness, breath, balance, and stress relief. Acupuncture helps calm the nervous system, release tension, support circulation, ease pain, and encourage the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

Together, these practices create a beautiful opportunity to feel more grounded, informed, and connected to your body.
