Diane Rohac

Dietician

Food is medicine.

Diane Rohac believes in the power of connection, empathic listening, and collaboration, working closely with individuals to support them in optimizing their health and overall wellbeing.

Diane is a registered dietitian (RD) with expertise in anti-inflammatory nutrition, digestive health, food sensitivities and allergies, weight optimization, and whole-foods, plant-forward eating, including vegetarian and vegan nutrition.

With more than three decades of experience as a clinical dietitian in the hospital setting, working in all areas of acute care, including the Intensive Care Unit, as well as in the outpatient and long term care areas, Diane brings strong medical knowledge and broad experience supporting individuals across the lifespan -from childhood through the golden years - with a wide range of health conditions requiring nutrition intervention.

Informed by both her work in clinical nutrition and own personal journey, Diane embraces a holistic approach to health.

With a strong understanding of the gut microbiome and the gut-brain connection, she honours the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and overall wellbeing.

Her work is grounded in intuitive eating and making peace with food, empowering individuals to build a healthy, balanced, and sustainable relationship with nourishment that supports the body, mind, and soul.

Diane helps individuals navigate the often overwhelming and confusing nutrition information found online and on social media by dispelling myths, and providing science- and evidence-based guidance, along with practical tools and compassionate support to assist them in achieving their health and wellness goals.
